1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Teen Patti Master. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Indian laws and regulations . If you do not agree to any term, please do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our real-money gaming services

  • You must be located in India and in a state where online real-money gaming is permitted

  • You must not be located in states that prohibit online gaming (e.g., Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, etc. – please verify your local laws)

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Each user may maintain only one account; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

  • We reserve the right to verify your identity and age at any time

4. KYC and Withdrawal Requirements

As per industry standards :

  • KYC verification is mandatory when withdrawal amount reaches ₹1,000 or cumulative deposits reach ₹50,000

  • KYC requirements: PAN card, Aadhaar card, address proof (e.g., utility bill), bank account verification

  • Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts matching the registered name

5. Game Rules and Fairness

  • All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) ensuring fairness

  • Strictly prohibited: bots, automated programs, collusion, chip dumping, or any cheating methods

  • Strictly prohibited: any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity

  • Violations will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and permanent ban

6. Financial Transactions

  • All payments are processed through RBI-approved payment gateways

  • Minimum deposit: ₹100

  • Withdrawal processing time: 24-72 hours after approval

  • TDS will be deducted as per Income Tax Act for winnings exceeding ₹10,000

  • Use of third-party credit cards or unauthorized payment methods is prohibited

7. Bonuses and Promotions

  • All bonuses are subject to specific terms (e.g., wagering requirements, validity periods)

  • Abuse of promotions (e.g., creating multiple accounts for bonus farming) will result in bonus forfeiture and account ban

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time

8. Responsible Gaming

We provide the following responsible gaming tools :

  • Daily/weekly deposit limits

  • Game duration reminders

  • Cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks)

  • Self-exclusion (1 month to permanent)

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Interfere with or disrupt server security

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Post hate speech, harassment, or threatening content

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time

  • Modify these terms (with prior notice)

  • Terminate accounts for violations of these terms

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law :

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the past 6 months

  • We are not responsible for losses due to force majeure, hacking, or system failures

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi

  • Parties agree to resolve disputes through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015, with arbitration seated in New Delhi

13. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.
